Sancell is the only manufacturer that has a 3 year full replacement warranty on all covers 400um and above.
Like all things, pool covers have an expiry date. When used in accordance with our terms and conditions, our heavy duty range of pool covers will last up to 10 years.
However we believe that because not only is a pool cover there to prevent water evaporation and retain heat, but it should also provide a pleasing aesthetic to your pool.
Through general use and exposure, pool covers will loose their “new” look. We have found that generally most customers look to replace their covers after approx 3-5 years for this reason.
So basically what we are saying is that unlike a pro rata warranty, if your cover is deemed faulty within 3 years by manufacturing fault or defect we will replace it at no charge. |

However to ensure your peace of mind we will still offer the pro rata warranty after the 3 year full warranty has expired on 400um, 500um and the 600um grade of covers.
The way the pro rata warranty works is that Sancell will pay an appropriate percentage of the then current retail price of life that you did not receive from your pool cover up until the maximum warranty period. You only have to pay for the period of time for which you have used the product.
For example: A SPC 600um with a 10 year warranty was purchased at a current price of $885. After 4 years and 3 months there is a proven manufacturing fault with the material. There are 120 months in 10 years at a price of $7.38 per month. You would have achieved 51 months, so at $7.38 per month you will have to pay $376.38 and Sancell will pay the excess being $508.62 for the remainder of the warranty period.
