Measuring your pool
Handy hints to help you get started

Measuring your pool is simply measuring the length and width of the pool at water level.

If there are any step areas, measure the step area separately (A1 and B1) as illustrated so we can manufacture the pool blanket in one piece.

If the pool is not square, then you may have to form a rectangle around the pool with a length of string (rope, cord or even your garden hose) to give you your maximum water level length and width. We supply oversize blankets to allow for an upturn, so the exact water level measurement is all that is required. & Note, when cutting the blanket to shape, cut oversize and allow settling for finesse trimming later.

Because we manufacture and convert our pool covers under one roof you only pay for the material you need. Hence you save money and waste. The size is purely calculated separately and is added to the total cost which reduces not only the cost but the amount of wastage that is put into the environment.

Points to note:
To ensure we manufacture the correct size cover for each pool please make sure to measure exact. Sancell will make sure to allow for the upturn in the pool and also extra for installation. Sancell custom make all pool covers so you can be assured you are getting the correct sized pool cover for each pool.
